Our mission is to enable our customers to increase revenues, assure customer retention and optimize infrastructure costs. Our goal is to assist our clients in exceeding the service level expectations of internal and external users in an unpredictable and dynamically changing environment, while leveraging their current investments in hardware and software.

Our management team includes:

Brandon Witte is the President and CEO of SightLine Systems. Prior to joining SightLine Systems in October 2006, Brandon was a Director with CGI, a large consulting and outsourcing company.  In that role, he was part of the corporate strategic venture group, focusing on the capture of large outsourcing contracts. Brandon’s primary focus was on the application support and development aspects of these opportunities. He was responsible for the transition activities of key accounts, providing critical project oversight. Previously, Brandon served as CTO for InsideOut Technologies, a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Management Systems (AMS).  While serving as CTO he was responsible for the architecture and operations of the company's managed credit offerings.  Brandon has multiple patents pending for the NetCredit and Identicate product suites, developed by InsideOut Technologies and now part of CGI. Brandon holds a BA in Management Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

John Checklick is the Director of Professional Services at SightLine Systems. His responsibilities include consulting, training, interfacing with clients for pre-sales support and working with distributors worldwide to ensure clients maximize the value of their SightLine environments. Over the last 25 years he has delivered performance and capacity planning studies on various platforms to clients around the world. John is well versed in all aspects of capacity planning and performance monitoring and has spoken on the subject at various user and corporate conferences throughout the United States.

Debra Ray is the Director of Customer Services at SightLine Systems. She oversees all post-sales support activities, including software documentation and release management, training, and on-going software support to ensure that SightLine users enjoy the maximum benefit from their investment in the SightLine product line. Over the last 20 years, Debra has delivered training courses around the world and has spoken at various user and corporate conferences throughout the United States. Debra holds a BA from the University of Virginia.

Mahadi DeJesus (PhD) is the Chief Technology Officer for Sightline Systems.  Mahadi has been instrumental in providing Fortune 500 companies with leading Web based, Database, I.T. architecture and technical management capabilities critical to the success of government and commercial systems and performance.

At Oracle Corporation, Mahadi's most significant achievement is the rollout of Oracle's DataVault, the first ever guard less Multi-Level Security (MLS) solution that resulted in supporting the federal government to efficiently and effectively share information and preserve national security interests.

While serving as the Chief Technology Officer with Pontis Communications, Mahadi facilitated a high rate of business growth and advanced technological expansion for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). His work in centralizing and standardizing disparated systems produced stable, highly available support to over 5,000 users. in addition, Mahadi has developed the first official Data Management Plan for the FAA, and contributed to the Data Management Book of Knowledge (DMBOK).

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management from University of Maryland and a PhD in Computer Science from Columbia University. He holds active memberships in in the CIO Executive Council, DAMA and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) as a Senior Member with the IEEE Technology Management Council.
