Fortune 50 Drugstore Chain Selects Sightline for Enterprise-Wide Deployment FAIRFAX, VA July, 2010 – Sightline Systems announced that it has signed a multi-year agreement for the SightLine software solution to be utilized by a Fortune 50 drugstore chain. The SightLine software will be the enterprise wide standard for monitoring and analysis of the performance of the company’s mission critical infrastructure. The Sightline software assists operations staff in ensuring that these servers are running optimally and provides a robust set of analytic and reporting tools used to forecast future demand and diagnose system issues. Sightline Holdings Corporation awarded a significant five-year agreement for Software and Maintenance Services FAIRFAX, VA December 3, 2009 – Sightline Systems announced today that it has closed a five year renewal agreement valued at over $US 5.2 million with Unisys Corporation. Unisys Corporation has chosen the Sightline Performance and Capacity Management software as a third party software product required for the successful delivery of their Unisys 2200 Operating Systems Environment Managed Services recently awarded by the US Government. The users of these applications within the US Government are not immediately available for disclosure. The Company will make an additional announcement regarding the details of the transaction in the near future. The agreement includes about $2.1 million of term licenses and a 5 year maintenance agreement for about $625,000 annually. The Licenses and first year’s maintenance are expected to be paid to the company within 45 days. The company will then receive 4 annual payments for maintenance. Each year’s maintenance is paid in advance.
